If you pledged for a Froggie Pal Pack, your package with your charm will be picked up tomorrow by USPS! If you did not get an email with your tracking, feel free to send me a message and I can get that sent to you ASAP.

Hello everyone!
Thank you everyone who has emailed regarding their missing charm! I have noted all the responses and decided that it would be best for me to ship a new charm to everyone who was in the shipping groups with the glitch. If you have emailed, rest assured I have you on my list to receive a second package.
I plan on having those packages out in the mail by the end of this week - just waiting on additional packing supplies to arrive to me so I can send them out safely!

It seems there was a glitch in my shipping manifests and some packs were sent without a charm. If you did not receive a charm in your package, please send me a message here or an email to [email protected] and I will send you an additional package with your charm. This was my first time using BackerKit so I definitely will make sure that this doesn't happen with future campaigns.

Hello everyone!
Today was great in the world of fulfillment! All of the friends have been given a last hug and packed up for their journeys to their new homes! I feel really overwhelmed because this project has been now 9 months in the making and has been such a journey - I couldn't have made it happen without everyone's support!
